Shipping & Delivery

 

All orders placed before 12 noon PST will ship the following business day (except during holidays).  Orders are typically shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 7- 10 business days for your order to arrive (products ship from Southern California).

If you need the product to arrive sooner, please select an expedited delivery method- we offer FedEx Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day. (Note FedEx shipping options do NOT include delivery on weekends and holidays). Orders placed with FedEx express delivery options, will ship the same business day IF placed before 10 am Pacific Standard time (except during holidays).

Any orders shipping to hotels and other temporary addresses can only be shipped via FedEx shipping method. 

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped out on Tuesday (with the exception of FedEx delivery options, which will ship on Monday). 

International Orders: Please allow extra time for delivery. USPS International may take 10-15 business days for delivery. FedEx International orders may take 5-9 business days for delivery.  On some occasions, it may take longer due to the customs clearance process in your country.

Any report of non-receipt of order must be made within 21 days from the date the order was placed.  No refunds will be granted for failure to report non-receipt within the aforementioned timeframe.

International Orders:

The recipient of this order will be responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in your country (see additional restrictions below).

Cardholder Protection Procedures:

To ensure that we are protecting our customers to the best of our ability from fraud, we may ask you to supply additional information to verify your identity before shipping your order.

To allow us to expedite your order, send us copies of two government issued pieces of identification* that lists your billing address and name that matches the information listed on the billing section of your order. Once the supplemental documentation is received, we will add a note to your account for future orders.

International Shipping Restrictions:

  • Farr Labs is not responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions , or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office,  local Postal Service or FedEx office  to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
  • If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

Customs & Country Regulations
It is up to you to double check your country's import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.

Duties & Taxes
We currently ship via USPS International Priority and FedEx both DDU (delivery and duties UNPAID). 

If you choose USPS, this means your package is usually delivered by your local mail carrier. Your mail carrier may or may not charge duties and taxes. We do not collect taxes and duties during checkout and therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are required.

If you choose FedEx, note that FedEx will always collect duties and taxes.  You are responsible for paying these directly to your local FedEx office.

Incorrect Address / Returned Items
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be refunded for the full order cost minus any shipping charges. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and unopened condition, we can not issue a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

Returns

 

We guarantee our customer's complete satisfaction on every order. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a product that you have purchased from us, we will accept any unopened and undamaged bottle within 30 days of receipt of order for a full refund, excluding the shipping charges.

All returned bottles must include a copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Code (RAC) to be processed by our returns department. Please contact customer service at (877) 284-3976 to obtain a Return Authorization Code and the mailing address to return products.

For phone and online transactions we only accept credit cards.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Viewing Orders

 

To view your orders, please login to your account by selecting the My Account tab at the top of the page.  Under the "Recent Orders" section, you will be able to view your order or place a new order.

To obtain a tracking number over the phone, please call (877) 284-3976, and select option 3.

 

Updating Account Information

 

To update your account information, please please call (877) 284-3976.  For any changes in your billing or shipping information, you may also email us at sales@farrlabs.com. 

If you update your account online without informing us by phone or email, we will not be able to guarantee your automatic shipments will be updated accordingly.

 

Disclaimer:
Farr Labs cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. However, please note that the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays.   In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority via your selected carrier will contact you directly.
