Customer Service is available to assist you with any questions or concerns, Monday-Friday between 9 am - 4 pm PST.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

All orders placed before 1 pm PST will ship the following business day, with the exception of FedEx delivery options, which ship the same business day. Orders are typically shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive (products ship from Southern California). If you need the product to arrive sooner, please select an expedited delivery method- we offer FedEx Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day. (Note FedEx does not deliver on weekends).

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped out on Tuesday (with the exception of FedEx delivery options, which will ship on Monday). 

International Orders: Please allow extra time for delivery. USPS International may take 10-15 business days for delivery. FedEx International orders may take 5-9 business days for delivery.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

The term "outside parties" does not include Farr Laboratories, LLC. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy polices. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Returns

 

We guarantee our customer's complete satisfaction on every order. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a product that you have purchased from us, we will accept any unopened and undamaged bottle within expiration date for a full refund, excluding the shipping charges. All returned bottles must include a copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Code (RAC) to be processed by our returns department. Please contact customer service at (877) 284-3976 to obtain a Return Authorization Code and the mailing address to return products.

For phone and online transactions we only accept credit cards.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Viewing Orders

 

To view your orders, please login to your account by selecting the My Account tab at the top of the page.  Under the "Recent Orders" section, you will be able to view your order or place a new order.

To obtain a tracking number over the phone, please call (877) 284-3976, and select option 3.

 

Updating Account Information

 

To update your account information, please login to your account by selecting the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.  Once navigated to your account, select the edit tab on the "Account Information" section and make any necessary changes to your account.
