At farrlabs.com, we process orders as quickly as we can (though special circumstances sometimes arise).
Shipping rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Shipping cost does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
Farr Labs strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale and shipment of any product or product ingredient by any law within the United States or abroad.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our resending the package.
- Verify the shipping address
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package (patio, porch, mailbox, front desk or manager’s office for apartments or secured buildings)
- See if someone else has accepted the delivery.
- Check with other members of your family who may have brought in the package or put it in the medicine cabinet
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers, check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail (PO Box) or the Post office which may hold your mail
- In some cases, packages that say delivered may take several days to actually arrive.
Returns & Refunds
At farrlabs.com, our goal is to make sure customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We will gladly accept returns providing that goods are returned in their original packaging, in saleable condition within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or used.
- If we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please let us know within 5 days of receipt.
- Otherwise a return shipping fee will apply for all other returns (in addition a refund of only the product price not including the initial shipping charge will be credited)
- Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject a refund less shipping.
Your refund or credit will be issued within 15 days of your return being received—we will also confirm the refund by email.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
